Our Hallam Achieve programme is specifically for international students and it is designed to enhance your career readiness by helping you to identify and articulate your skills, knowledge, and experience to employers or education providers in the UK. Through a series of workshops, events and online activities, you will take ownership of your personal career journey, improve your confidence in navigating the recruitment process and shape your future success!

Important Programme and Date Information
Some activities in the Hallam Achieve programme will require attendance on specific days. To make the most of the Programme, please ensure you are able to attend the dates outlined in the question below.

Please confirm you can attend the following events/workshops, by ticking each date below. If you cannot attend any of the sessions, please outline why, in the 'Other' box at the end.
Weds 23 Feb: Welcome Event, 2-4pm
Tues 1 March: Workshop 1 (Finding Work in the UK), 11-12pm
Thurs 10 March: Workshop 2 (Developing your Employability Skills and Confidence) 2-3pm
Mon 14 March: Workshop 3 (Producing an Impressive CV and Cover Letter) 10-11am
Mon 4 April: Workshop 4 (Interview Preparation and Techniques) 1-2pm
Thur 7 April: Practice Interview
Wed 21 April: Celebration Event, 2-4pm
Wed 23 Mar: (Optional) Using LinkedIn, Social Media and Networking in your Job Search) 2-3pm
Thur 31 March: (Optional) Coping with Psychometric tests as an International Student) 11-12pm
