Pop-up shop Application Form

The Hallam Pop-up Shop is available to all students and graduates to use for a variety of purposes. These include: selling products, hosting exhibitions, setting up an exhibition, customer research (e.g. testing/demos of new app or game) and promoting student society events.

Availability:

  • The Hallam Pop-Up shop is available for rent throughout the year subject to availability.
  • The shop will be open Monday - Saturdays (9.30am - 5.30pm)

Cost:

  • There is a £20 deposit charge payable when you sign the tenancy contract. This will be refunded to you at the end of your contract.
  • In addition to the deposit there is a non-refundable £5 a day rental charge per business.

Staffing:

  • When using the pop-up shop you are required to ensure that it is staffed at all times during opening hours. The pop-up shop is under your responsibility during your tenancy.

How to apply:

  • Complete the application form and submit.
  • Successful applicants will be required to provide proof that they are registered with HMRC. If you are not  currently registered,  the Enterprise Team will provide advice on how to go about this.
If your partner(s) are Hallam graduates, please provide year of their graduation

We provide free standing shelves, tables, display units and clothes rails. Please indicate if you require other resources. N.B We cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your requirements but we will do so if possible.
