Gaining international experience is increasingly important with many graduate employers now recruiting for a global talent pool and increasingly looking to recruit future leaders with a global mindset and multicultural awareness.
Taking part in the programme helps you to develop personally and professionally; you will gain valuable international experience, broaden your horizons, experience new cultures and discover new ways of working. Erasmus+ is of particular benefit to graduates who can learn new skills to improve their employability, acquire life skills, and develop their confidence.

- Find your own work opportunity based in a participating country or select from one of our advertised international internships or summer placements on the jobs and events database.
- Before you commit to applying, you should take time to ensure that you understand fully the opportunity for which you are applying and that you are aware of all the implications involved in working abroad
- The Erasmus + grant can is intended to help support the financial costs of working abroad and can be used to help subsidise travel costs, accommodation and living expenses for the duration of the period of work experience.
