GradVantage is a package of activities and support for final years to help you make that transition from your studies to your first job after university.

Throughout the summer (from 1 May):

• Coaching
  Three 1:1 sessions with one of our advisers - ongoing and personalised support to identify and get that job. See our how to book section at the end of this article.
• CV check and interview practice
  You can access CV/application support appointments and practice interviews to help you stand out to employers right from the outset. See our how to book section at the end of this article. 
• Webinar Wednesdays
  Fortnightly webinars on topics from getting the most out of LinkedIn, employers showcasing opportunities through to tackling psychometric tests. Find out more and book your space here.
• GradVantage Boost
  Day/half-day group session with advisers - talk through your situation, identify your next steps, build confidence. Find out more and book your place here.
• GradVantage LinkedIn group
  Join our  LinkedIn Group here and become part of the Hallam GradVantage community. Post questions, share ideas and get support from advisers.
• Self-employment information sessions
  This session is held every Wednesday at 5pm (4pm during vacations) in Careers and Employability Centre. There is no need to book, just arrive ready for the start time.
• GradVantage Conference, 15 May 2018
  Workshops, employers, chat with an adviser, work out what your next steps are, freelancing/self-employment support. 
• Paid Internships
  Hallam Internships are a flexible way to gain paid work experience as a first step into work after university with options for those considering self-employment.  Find out more about Hallam Internships on our dedicated CareersCentral page.
• Not in Sheffield?
  All of our 1:1 GradVantage support is available by phone or Skype. See our how to book section at the end of this article.
• Five years after graduation
  Wow - that's how long you can access our support for!
